Auto Accident: Copy fee $5
Clearance Letter: Available to Urbana residents for $4; bring an identification card. These letters are often used for adoption, passports, etc.
Records available through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA): Freedom of Information requests are coordinated by the Urbana City Clerk’s Office. If the request is police related, their office will forward the request to our Department. Their office is open M-F, 8-5. They will contact you when your information is ready for pick-up.
